A tribute to our patients for International Women’s Day

Dia Internacional de la Mujer Tambre

Once again, we at Tambre would like to dedicate a special space to one of the most important moments of the year: International Women’s Day. A couple of years ago, we wanted to honour all those pioneering women in the history of assisted reproduction. Last year we wanted to highlight the importance of the Tambre women. For 2021, we wanted to look back, and highlight those women who deserve the most recognition, our patients.

Stronger every day, in spite of the times we live in.

At Tambre we are very clear about this. Every woman who walks through our door is a brave person. She is someone who has been through difficult times, someone who wants to become a mother and has decided to do whatever it takes to achieve it. Every woman who has the courage to face her reality, to swim against the tide, against taboos, deserves to be honoured today.

Assisted reproduction treatments are not easy processes and our patients have shown at every moment that they have the fortitude to cope with these challenges, even in the hardest moments.

Moreover, in times like the ones we are going through, an extra dose of strength is necessary. During the past year, many patients have had to pause their treatment, adapt to the circumstances, to endure travel restrictions and abide by all the recommendations issued by health institutions.

Many women have also had the experience of being a mother in the midst of a pandemic. While it is a somewhat enriching experience, there have certainly been days when uncertainty or fear flooded the hours but even so, they have been resilient and unstoppable.

Don’t miss the video for this year’s Women’s Day!

Begoรฑa, Ina, Andrea and Ana are some of the patients we have chosen to remember today: for being the wonderful women they are, for being Tambre ambassadors and for having decided to share their story with others who will benefit from their advice.

Here is the video where they receive an unexpected message, a few words of gratitude, which underline what we have been saying throughout this text, that is our patients can’t be better.

To Begoรฑa, Ina, Andrea and Ana,

to all our patients.

to all women,

we want to say that today, is their day.
