“In order to fulfil your dream of having a baby, now it’s our turn to protect you.”

We have been going through the toughest time since the Covid-19 outbreak began but we think its time for optimism; society has lept from adversity and we are witnessing great acts of solidarity and community.

In some countries we are staying at home, protecting our loved ones, other people and ourselves. We miss a lot of things. We have a lot of doubts. Every day is a new challenge. But you know what? We will gert through this together and we can guarantee one thing when we come out the other side – we will see a new world, we will value things differently and we will be stronger than ever.

For the Tambre Team it was very painful to see our patients worried, full of uncertainty. So we acted quickly. Doctors, Nurses, Patient Care and all our departments reinforced communication channels via telephone and online communication – informing, sharing and advising everyone throughout this trying time.

We were also determined to help our colleagues and peers, the ‘health heroes’. We have donated the ventilator we use in the operating room to the Vithas Nisa Pardo Hospital in Aravaca and all our stock of gloves and masks to the 12 de Octubre Hospital in Madrid. We will continue to do everything in our power to help all the excellent staff who are working hard to cure their patients.

Having successfully completed the majority of our existing treatments over the past couple of weeks in line with statutory health and safety guidelines we are now able to cease our in-house care from Wednesday 1st April. Now it is of the utmost importance to take care of ourselves and make sure that we fully comply with health authorities’ recommendations. We stick with a comment often said to you by our Medical Director, Laura García de Miguel: “In order to fulfil your dream of having a baby, now it is our turn to protect you”.

Keep in mind that the rest of our channels are more available than ever, and that the Tambre Team has not stopped thinking about you and will continue to be accesible whenever you need us. We continue to provide information about our treatments and we are also currently organising interesting webinars and live videos on our social networks and online communities to help you with any concerns you may have. We have been living with the hardest part of this outbreak for almost two weeks now, but we think it is time to say this and say it more often, we will see each other again very soon.
