What is ovarian rejuvenation?

Ovarian rejuvenation is an innovative approach for obtaining eggs by collecting the “dormant” follicles in the ovary. It is based on innovative therapies with the aim of retrieving more oocytes during treatment.

The objective during an in vitro fertilisation (IVF) cycle is to increase the number of follicles being stimulated in order to obtain more oocytes. This increases the possibility of obtaining suitable embryos to transfer to the mother’s uterus. This increases the chances that the treatment will be a success.

How do we work in Tambre?

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

One of the techniques we use is Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP).

This plasma is obtained from the patient’s own blood, which is centrifuged to obtain cells that promote tissue growth and regeneration, these are then introduced into the ovaries.

This innovative technique is performed under sedation and does not require hospitalisation.
